If for any reason you wish to return out products, send us a representation on withdrawal from the agreement to the following address: within 14 days of the product’s delivery, and then:

Return the products within 14 days of the shipment receipt.
Return products unused, not worn, with all tags, cards and in the original and undamaged packaging as packaging is considered to be a part of the product.
Return the complete product; if you purchased more than one product, you have to return the complete purchase.
Attach the purchase receipt (confirmation of the order or a received invoice with the order) with a completed representation on withdrawal from the agreement.

(Appendix) In the event of exercising the right to withdraw from the agreement, the Buyer shall pay all the costs related to return of the Product to the Seller, including proper packaging and costs of its transportation.
